What to Bring

Keep things light! Remember YOU have to load your own bag(s) onto the luggage truck. You also must haul it to your camping location. You’ll be happy with yourself if weight is minimized. Below is a list of what to bring.

Personal Items

  • Toiletries
  • Towel/Washcloth
  • Lip balm
  • Basic first aid supplies
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug repellent
  • Ear plugs/sleeping mask

For recharging devices

  •  Portable Power Bank – recharging will be possible at our overnight locations, but with the increase in the use of personal devices, bringing a power bank is a helpful alternative.

Camping Gear

  • Headlamp/flashlight
  • Sleeping bag (40 degree type is recommended)
  • Sleeping pad
  • Tent (prefer one without stakes to ensure not puncturing a buried sprinkler pipe)

For our catered meals

  • Cutlery set – no plastic utensils will be provided
  • Cup/mug

Bike Clothes

  • Helmet
  • 2-3 jerseys
  • 2 bike shorts
  • 2-3 socks
  • Cycling shoes
  • Cycling gloves
  • Sunglasses
  • Jacket
  • Arm warmers or long-sleeved jersey
  • Leg warmers/tights
  • Rain gear

Street Clothes

  • 1 pair shorts
